lmkd: Rely on total_vm for detection of kthreads in proc_get_script
When searching for native applications in android using proc_get_script,
rely on the total_vm instead of RSS for detection of kthreads. As the
later can be zero for a process whose pages are reclaimed and thus
excluded from ULMK visibility.
