libziparchive: use _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64
On 32 bit system those calls may fail if one tries to unpack files which
are bigger than 2GB.
Use large file system support to fix this problem.
Test: unpack a file bigger than 2GB on 32 bit Android systems
