Snapshot DE_sys data directory when installing APEX with rollback enabled.
This change copies the apex data directory under /data/misc/apexdata
for a given APEX if a new version is installed with rollback enabled.
The copy is stored at /data/misc/apexrollback/<rollback id>.
Bug: 141148175
Test: Add dummy files to data directory for an apex and install that apex with
rollback enabled. Check manually that files are copied to the apexrollback
directory. (Tested on internal)
