Typo fixes in comments and minor code cleanups.
* Fix some typos in Javadoc and log messages.
* Remove redundant initializer in BluetoothAdapter.readOutOfBandData()
* Use canonical "UTF-8" charset name instead of "UTF8" in
BluetoothDevice.convertPinToBytes()
