libcore-memory-metrics-tests: Bundle deps statically.
Looks like at least ahat isn't passed on the classpath when running
the test manually according to the instructions. Not sure if
tradefed.sh is supposed to take care of that, but bundling the deps
statically seems like one straightforward way to fix/work around it.

Test: Running the following step no longer complains about not finding
ahat-related classes (but it later fails for an unrelated reason
that is tracked by bug 145514052):
make tradefed-all libcore-memory-metrics-tests LibcoreHeapDumper ahat
tradefed.sh run commandAndExit template/local_min --template:map test=libcore-memory-metrics-tests
