javax.crypto.spec: update classes in javax.crypto.spec
Pulling upstream changes from OpenJDK version jdk8u60 for most classes
in javax.crypto.spec
This commit contains cosmetic JavaDoc changes like
- Use of @code in place of <code> tags.
- Tidied up casts/generics.
Also:
- SecretKeySpec: in equals() use time-constant comparison
from MessageDigest instead of Arrays.equals
It remains to update PBEParameterSpec, which contains
API changes and will be updated in a following CL.
