Modify install() method args
Help to obscure the location of the distro .zip data
(i.e. in storage Vs in memory) by passing around a TimeZoneDistro
rather than raw bytes. To avoid the TimeZoneDistro.getBytes()
method the TimeZoneDistro.extractTo(File) method is used instead
and tests have been changed to extract to a directory rather than
manipulate byte streams.
