Read empty zip with ZipFile
Previously upstream OpenJDK did not support the reading of an empty
zip file using ZipFile constructor and neither did Android. Since then
upstream has been updated to allow that and so this updates Android to
match.
The upstream bug relating to this is:
* JDK-6334003 - ZipFile throws ZipException on open a empty zipfile
from winzip
