Add basic compliance tests for AES/GCM implementations
Requires adding support for 6-element tuples to parse_records. Changed
that so that it loads up all the records and then outputs them at
the end, so it can write the proper header based on what kind of lines
it has.
Also fix parse_records to properly handle DESEDE/ECB input files.
