sun.security.{pkcs.SignerInfo,util.SignatureFileVerifier}: port to jdk8u60
- Move methods #getTimestamp and #verifyTimestamp from SignatureFileVerifier
to SignerInfo
- Use java.util.Base64 instead of sun.misc.BASE64Decoder
- Minor type casts tidying
Note: the tests in JarFileTest exercise the code in which the decoder is
changed.
