NativeCrypto: fix EOF at beginning of stream
Any InputStream where the first character was an EOF (-1) would cause
OpenSSLBIOInputStream to hang forever. This caused bad X.509
certificates to hang forever in the call to
CertificateFactory#generateCertificate(InputStream)
