Test CipherInputStream with growing Cipher.getOutputSize()
New test case for handling Cipher.getOutputStream increasing
due to "unprocessed (buffered) data from a previous update
call, padding, and AEAD tagging".
This test for the bug introduced in commit
81690afd3a3da9b8dd22e74d892befb9a69dfe6f: Cut down on object
allocation in CipherInputStream
