URLConnection.getFileNameMap(): Fix documentation.
The method contains an Android patch but the documentation had
not been touched and was therefore incorrect.
The new documentation uses similar wording to
guessContentTypeFromName(String) and links to that method via
@see, but doesn't guarantee that that method's implementation
is based on this one.

Test: Ran "make offline-sdk-docs" and checked that the generated
documentation for URLConnection.getFileNameMap() looked
correct.
