Verify Inflater/Deflater against upstream OpenJDK 8u121-b13
Used properly formatted and consistent change markers. The CloseGuard
and ReachabilitySensitive patches are required to support resource
leakage detection and ensure correct finalization behavior.
The "Throw IllegalStateException instead of a NullPointerException"
change in Inflater is needed in order for the Inflater related unit
tests to pass. Reverting this patch could have app compatibility issues
so it will be done on a follow up change that can be easily reverted
if necessary.
