Remove use of PRODUCT_FULL_TREBLE from sensors.
This section of code uses PRODUCT_FULL_TREBLE, but
what PRODUCT_FULL_TREBLE means is too fuzzy, and
it is being broken up into multiple flags.
Also, this is an unnecessary restriction (HALs can
be implemented anyway people want).
