Camera VTS: Fix AIDL status typo
"physicalCameraDeviceStatusChange" returns a default
ScopedAStatus that will not include a valid AStatus instance.
This will result in binder instabilities once the status
is being parceled.
Return "ScopedAStatus::ok" instead.
