libhwc2.1: initialize type, ID and name in ExynosDisplay constructor
Initializing the displayID and displayName in ExynosDisplay constructor
makes it easier to be passed to other classes during the construction
e.g. passing them to the worker classes as display identification for
trace or log. We can also mark them as const since we should not change
them.
