libhwc2.1: change default YUV format
This is a workaround patch for new alignment request for
HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_EXYNOS_YCbCr_420_SPN.
We are still debugging the alignment issue from G2D scaling to DPU.
So we proposed to use HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_EXYNOS_YCbCr_420_SP_M instead
of HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_EXYNOS_YCbCr_420_SPN for default MPP destination
YUV format to avoid alignment issues first.
