Remove HWC trace from default surface traces.
HWC traces are very large so it ends up causing a lot of frames
to get deleted from the SurfaceFlinger traces. The buffer can only
handle 5MB so logging HWC ends up crossing that size very quickly.
Test: No longer trace HWC information by default
