AArch64: Make eglGetDisplay(int) work for EGL_DEFAULT_DISPLAY
This will allow eglGetDisplay(int) to work on both 32-bit
and 64-bit systems when EGL_DEFAULT_DISPLAY is passed as
a parameter.
