libgui: Check slot received from IGBP in Surface
Checks that the slot number received from mGraphicBufferProducer in
Surface::dequeueBuffer is on the interval [0, NUM_BUFFER_SLOTS) to
protect against a malicious BnGraphicBufferProducer.
