Fix the animation is not smooth when moving the a11y fab to the edge.
Root cause:
Dynamically set the margin of view
Solution:
1. Add another WindowManager layoutparam flag "FLAG_LAYOUT_NO_LIMITS"
2. Fix the margin of view
