Clears calling identity when calling isInstantApp
Prior to this change, we were calling the public isInstantApp method
without first clearing calling identity from grantEphemeralAccess. As a
result, when interactions across user boundaries took place, approved or
not, we would encounter this permission failure when simply setting a
state in the background.
