Handle malformed manifests in printXMLBlock
Specially crafted manifest files can cause a segfault in printXMLBlock()
using improper tag nesting (without evaluating to
ResXMLTree::BAD_DOCUMENT). This fix checks and breaks when this
condition is detected.
