Async handling of AMS.onUnlockUser
syncSharedAccounts opens CE database and can block ActivityManager
thread for 100+ ms. This operation can be offloaded to a worker thread.
Test: Manual - No "AccountManagerService$Lifecycle took X ms" warnings
