Fix and clean up Tv Pip Menu
Fix for Tv Pip Menu not properly setting custom actions provided by an
application.
Fix Pip Menu not closing on the Home button press.
Simply and revise Tv Pip Menu implementation which now consists of 3
classes:
- TvPipMenuController
- TvPipMenuView (formerly PipMenuView)
- TvPipMenuActionButton (formerly PipControlButtonView)
and thus spare
- PipControlsView
- PipControlsViewContoller
