Use proper coded alphabet when a contact is written into EF_ADN of USIM.
Based on the description in "3GPP TS 31.102 clause 4.4.2.3" shown below,
Alpha Identifier of EF_ADN of USIM is defined in default 7-bit coded
alphabet if bit8 is set to 0 otherwise, it is defined in UCS2 coded.
