Fix split divider janky
The janky caused by SurfaceFlingerVsyncChoreographer does not work
reliably. Sometimes it didn't update but sometimes update twice per
frame so cause janky.
Fix this by removed using SurfaceFlingerVsyncChoreographer and use
real surface flinger sync signal to update screen.
