ScreenMagnifier: Track SurfaceFlinger Input
Surface scaling is now automatically/in-general applied to input
coordinates and so the accessibility service doesn't need to do
it's own scaling. We also track the renaming of "scaleFactor"
to "globalScaleFactor"
