Exclude recent tasks within an ActivityView
singleTaskInstance is set by ActivityView to limit
the display to a single task. This also itentifies
the VirtualDisplay associated with an ActivityView.
Since an Activity within ActivityView cannot be
brought to front via recents, they are suppressed.
