Remove unnecessary IMMS#calledFromValidUser()
If an IPC end point is exposed only to IMEs via
IInputMethodPrivilegedOperations.aidl, there is no need to call
calledFromValidUser() because the caller verification is expected to
be already done by calledWithValidTokenLocked().
