Add RequestShortAudioDescriptorAction. [1/2]
When system set system audio mode to on, we sends command
<Request Short Audio Descriptor> to the audio device
in order to get supported format. Otherwise, clear audio format.
And then, we notify audio to update capability and update
audio descriptor in EDID.
