Refactored ContentCapture sessions to use an int id.
This is an internal change that will save memory:
- ids themselves are smaller (one int vs ~20 chars string)
- can be mapped with SparseArrays
- parcel objects will be smaller
Test: atest CtsContentCaptureServiceTestCases \
