Add p2 option in openLogicalChannel.
- Add support for iccOpenLogicalChannelWithP2.
- Needed to support OMAPI 3.0 defined
by SIM Alliance.
- Deprecate iccOpenLogicalChannel(String) API and
pass down an invalid p2 value to keep original behavior
