AudioService: add device to list incase of audioserver crash.
During device connection in APM if TC error happens and
audioserver crashes, device will not be added into Connected Devices
list and after audioserver restarts, as A2DP is not in the list, it
wont trigger APM device connection for A2DP and audio comes on speaker
even though A2DP is connected.
If error is audioserver died,add device to the list,so that
during restart AS will restore A2DP by triggering restore
to add A2DP device to APM by calling APM device Connection
and audio routes to A2DP
