Don't mock out TaskRecord & ActivityStack during test (56/n)
Use TaskBuilder and StackBuilder to create objects needed for tests so
we are not mocking out TaskRecord and ActivityStack when we create Task
and TaskStack for tests.

Test: Existing tests pass
