MediaRouter: Route setBluetoothA2dpOn() via MediaRouterService
The direct binder usage of AudioService.setBluetoothA2dpOn() is now
blocked by permission for security reasons.
This CL routes the usage to the MediaRouterService.

Test: GMM can play navigation sound when BT is connected
