Don't use WINDOWING_MODE_FULLSCREEN_OR_SPLIT_SCREEN_SECONDARY
Temp. solution to get the build going. This is okay as we need to remove
this option anyways since we are now using
WindowContainerTransaction#setLaunchRoot
