Minor fixes to SurfaceTexture transform matrix.
- Sometimes, the applyUpdate was applied through draw() and the
underlying matrix was not updated in time, causing "jitter". Add a
matrix update call in draw().
- Switch to invalidateParentIfNeeded() in setTransform().
