camera2: Update mandatory streams for ultra high resolution sensors.
The updated mandatory streams include default sensor pixel mode targets
in addition to maximum resolution sensor pixel mode targets, in the same
camera capture session. This is so that sensor pixel mode can be
switched per CaptureRequest without creating a new session.
