Use queue to defer all task events
It has two layer defer currently, it should only remain queue
events method. Remove using of mDeferTaskOrgCallbacksConsumer
and extand using of queue method to onTaskAppeared,
onTaskVanished and onBackPressedOnTaskRoot.
