Fix a wrong UID can be logged
This is a prepartion for fixing Bug 34838583
Currently Binder.clearCallingIdentity() is called too early, which
ends up always blaming the system UID when calledWithValidToken()
fails in InputMethodManagerService#updateStatusIcon().
