Moar SystemServer boot timing improvements:
- Added (optional) constant to log duration of bottlenecks.
- Added TimingsTraceLog.getUnifinishedTraces()
- Added more traceBegin() / traceEnd() statements
- Uses Truth on TimingsTraceLogTest
- Logs total boot duration
