Align Theme, Theme.Holo, and Theme.Holo.Light with Material attrs
Due to themes always overlaying, legacy and Holo themes must explicitly
define Material attributes as @null (e.g. unset).
Deprecates Holo themes. Nobody should be using these anymore.
