Disable sdclang for Bionic libc.
Bionic libc now refers to R_ARM_NONE and R_AARCH64_NONE relocations.
SUpport for reloc *, R_{ARM,AARCH64}_NONE, * is not currently supported
in the version of sdclang in Keystone.
