Avoid an unnecessary ComputeModifiedUtf8Hash().
The DescriptorHashPair already has the hash as the member
`second`, so avoid recalculating it in release mode.
Also split "HashEquals" classes into separate "Hash" and
"Equals" classes to disambiguate their operators in traces.
