Couple of small improvements in jitzygote config.
- No need to lock the profile file (avoids having one of the zygote not
precompile methods).
- Don't add to queue a method already marked as precompiled.
- Don't JIT at boot for the secondary zygote.
- Remove the ZygoteServer precompile workaround. We now have a boot
profile.
