Exclude 64-bit libperfetto_hprof library from golem tarball
The presence of this library initializes a plugin which slows the
initialization of the runtime and means many benchmarks fail to
achieve expected CPU utilization (and are subsequently rejected as
invalid).

in out/ directory.
