MIPS32: MoveLocation refactoring
Move32 and Move64 are removed so MoveLocation now handles all cases.
Reason for this are 128-bit (SIMDStackSlot, VectorRegister) moves
which will be added in follow-up patch.
Test: mma test-art-host-gtest
Test: ./testrunner.py --optimizing --target in QEMU
