Enable strict unwind check in gcstress.
This will take a little more time due to need to fetch the names.
It might also start revealing any rare corner cases in the JIT
ART-libunwindstack cross-process data-access synchronization.
There is reasonable chance we might need to revert this.
Test: art/test.py -b -r --jit --host --gcstress
